The Ape Has Left the Planet.

The standard Ape Head is a two-dimensional mark. This one has left that register entirely. The Moon Ape Head is rendered with crater texture across the surface — impact marks, irregular terrain, the visual language of a celestial body photographed from a distance — so that the familiar face reads as a satellite rather than a logo. It glows. On the black base in particular, the effect is not metaphorical: the graphic genuinely reads as a luminous object against a dark field, the way the moon reads against night sky.

Below the Ape Head, the "*A Bathing Ape®" wordmark is set in a typeface borrowed from a specific era of science fiction publishing — bold, forward-slanting, with the aggressive geometry of 1960s Japanese tokusatsu title cards and American pulp sci-fi magazine covers. The three-colour printing — blue, red, yellow, the primary triad — creates a deliberate chromatic separation effect, the kind that happens when colour layers misalign in offset printing or when 3D cinema anaglyphs drift out of register. Below that, in smaller yellow text: "A Rising Bape." Not a description. A declaration. The ape is ascending. The trajectory is upward and it is not stopping.

White base renders the moon in electric blue against an open field — clean, graphic, closer to a poster than a garment. Black base is the correct context: the crater-textured Ape Head reads as actual illumination against the dark ground, and the primary-colour wordmark takes on the quality of neon signage seen from the street. Same graphic, completely different gravitational pull.
