The City Camo -- white ground, mid-grey, dark charcoal, flat black -- runs the full surface of this hoodie without interruption. Hood, body, both sleeves: the same pattern, continuous across every seam, no blocking, no panel split. The four tones in the pattern are all within the black-white-grey range, which means there is no colour in the camo itself -- only density and light. The Ape Head silhouette shapes in the pattern have slightly soft edges, a wash-and-bleed quality where the boundary between each camo blob and the white ground is not a hard line but a diffusion, the way ink spreads on wet paper. This is the visual difference between City Camo and standard ABC Camo: not just the palette but the edge quality of the marks.

On the hood, three large WGM emblem patches sit above the shark face: "M" in orange on a rectangular ground at the crown, "G" in white on a blue circle below it, "W" in orange-red to the left. Each letter is rendered as a large appliqué-style embroidered badge rather than a fine embroidery -- the scale and construction of the patches reads closer to varsity letterman emblems than to logo embroidery, and their combined presence on the grey-toned camo hood creates a strong colour collision: the warm oranges and saturated blue against the monochrome ground. The shark face below them has a white eye surround with a red pupil, black jaw outline clearly legible against the white camo base, white serrated teeth, and a red interior mouth.

The cuffs and hem band are white ribbed cotton, matching the lightest tone in the camo ground. The Ape Head woven label is on the right cuff. The full-length centre-front zip runs from the hem to the hood tip. Kangaroo pocket at the front.

This colourway was produced for the 10th anniversary reopening of the BAPE Xintiandi location in Shanghai. City Camo -- pattern designed to disappear in the built environment -- issued from a store embedded in one of Shanghai's most-recognised urban districts.
