BAPE WGM Shark Full-Zip Hoodie Woodland Camo Hood + Sleeve - Black / Gray

Camo on the Head. Camo Down One Arm. Solid Everywhere Else.

The difference between this hoodie and a standard Shark Hoodie is structural: where most Shark Hoodies distribute the camo across the entire hood and leave the sleeves solid, this version extends the Woodland Camo down the full length of the right sleeve as well -- from shoulder seam to cuff. The left sleeve stays solid, matching the body. The result is an asymmetric garment: camo on the right, solid on the left, with the shark head above forming the camo anchor from which the sleeve camo descends. The two camo zones -- hood and right sleeve -- are the same green Woodland pattern: olive, dark brown, khaki, black in the classic four-tone military configuration. The solid zones -- body, left sleeve -- are either black or grey depending on the colourway.

The WGM letters appear as embroidered badges on the crown of the hood, positioned above the shark face: "W" in orange-red, "G" on a navy circle in white, "M" in violet. Wise, Great, Mighty -- the three-part BAPE designation that has appeared across the label's output since the early years. Here they sit on the shark's forehead in three distinct badge formats, stacked and offset rather than in a single unified line. On the left sleeve, mid-arm, a white circular target badge -- concentric rings around a central point -- sits on the solid fabric as a secondary graphic, separate from the shark face and WGM lettering but part of the same sign system.

The Black colourway places the warm olive tones of the Woodland Camo against a cold flat black ground, which sharpens the boundary between camo and solid on both the shoulder seam and the mid-sleeve where the right arm transitions from camo fabric to the body panel. The Gray colourway sits closer in temperature to the military greens, softening the same transitions and allowing the texture difference between camo print fleece and plain loop to carry more of the visual distinction between zones.
