BAPE x Stray Kids FW25 Shark Full-Zip Hoodie

The Shark Bites. The SKZ Character Bites Back.

The BAPE x Stray Kids collaboration for FW25 takes the Shark Full-Zip Hoodie -- BAPE's most recognised garment structure -- and embeds Stray Kids' SKZ-LAND characters directly into the shark's mouth. When the zip is pulled to the top and the hood is worn up, the shark face reads as it always has: white serrated teeth, red eyes, black jaw outline framing the wearer's face. But positioned between the teeth, sitting in the oral cavity where the zip runs, is an embroidered SKZ-LAND character -- different on each of the four colourways. The shark is biting the character. The character is there anyway.

The four colourways each carry a different character and a different ABC Camo execution. Navy runs the classic BAPE Color Camo in deep blue tones -- dark navy, mid-blue, near-black -- the version of the pattern most associated with the Shark Hoodie format. Black takes the same structure into an all-dark tonal range: deep charcoal, graphite, and near-black, where the camo pattern is present but requires close reading to resolve. Blue uses a larger-scale camouflage with sky blue and white as the dominant tones and soft sage as the transition -- a different scale from standard ABC Camo, with bigger patches and a lighter, airier ground. Purple is the most saturated of the four: bright violet and deep blue-purple in the classic Color Camo structure, the highest contrast of the set.

The characters in the shark's mouth correspond to each colourway. Navy holds a pink rabbit -- ears up, upper body visible between the teeth. Black holds a white bear, round ears, pale against the dark jaw interior. Blue holds a yellow character, the brightest of the four, sitting in the mouth of the shark against the lighter camo ground. Purple holds a golden-brown bear, warmer in tone than the white bear on black, the two bears distinguished by colour rather than form. Each character also appears as part of a small dual-emblem badge on the left chest -- Ape Head above, SKZ character below -- so the collab reads twice: once at distance on the chest, once up close in the mouth.
