The construction is windproof, water-resistant, and abrasion-resistant: a functional three-protection outer layer suited to variable outdoor conditions and transitional weather. The jacket is cut in a relaxed, slightly oversized silhouette with a dropped shoulder and full-length body.

The hood is medium-volume with a single drawcord at the opening, finished with a black cord-lock, and a small metal loop at the crown. The front closure is a full-length zip with a black fabric zip guard running alongside the zip teeth, framing the zip run as a visible dark accent line down the centre front rather than concealing it entirely. The zip hardware is a small metal pull.

The defining structural detail is the pair of angled zip chest pockets — one on each side, running diagonally from the chest toward the underarm, their zip lines forming a V-shape across the lower chest panel. The pocket zips are black waterproof-finish zips with small double pull-tabs.
