A Stone Island zip jacket in a lightweight smooth nylon shell — a flat, plain-woven technical nylon with a clean surface and a subtle all-over sheen. The fabric is light in hand and drapes freely, with a surface that reflects light evenly across the panels, giving the jacket a polished, refined exterior relative to textured or crinkle-finish shells. The construction is wind-resistant and structured enough to hold its silhouette, while the nylon weight keeps the jacket flat and packable in character.

The collar is a high stand collar — a structured upright collar that sits well clear of the neck, closing at the top of the centre-front zip. The collar height and close fit around the neck gives the jacket a clean architectural profile from the front and side. The front closure is a full-length centre-front zip running from the hem to the top of the stand collar, in a tonal finish on both colourways. The sleeves are cut in a raglan construction — the sleeve panels connect to the body via a diagonal seam running from the collar to the underarm on each side, eliminating the conventional shoulder seam and producing a continuous line from collar to cuff. The raglan seam is clearly visible as a structural design element across the upper chest. Two large open-top front pockets sit at the lower body on each side, with a horizontal opening and no zip or flap closure. The hem is finished with a wide elasticated gathered band — a gathered, slightly ruched elastic hem that draws in at the lower body and sits in soft folds around the hem circumference, similar in function to a bomber-style hem band but with a lighter, more gathered finish.
