The denim is a standard twill-weave construction with clearly visible diagonal weave structure and thick, prominent topstitching throughout. Both colourways are processed through a garment-wash or stone-wash treatment that produces a faded, vintage-distressed surface — with lighter high-contrast wash zones at the knees, pocket edges, waistband, and thigh panels sitting against a deeper base tone, creating the layered, worn quality associated with archival workwear denim. The wash effect varies significantly between the two colourways in both base tone and the distribution of the faded zones.

The waist is finished with a wide elasticated waistband and a brass-tone or gold-tone metal button at the centre front — visible as a warm metallic accent against both the grey and blue denim grounds. There is no drawstring. The front body carries two angled slash pockets at each side of the waist. The defining pocket feature is the pair of large square patch pockets set directly into the front thigh panels — not the outer leg, but the front face of each leg, making this the only short in this range with front-facing cargo patch pockets.
