Same Logo. Three Camos. Six Ways to Wear It.

The BAPE College Logo — arched "A BATHING", Ape Head centre, "APE" below — is one of the most recognisable marks in streetwear. This series takes that fixed composition and runs it through three distinct camo colourways, each paired with a white base and a black base. The logo shape and placement do not change. The camo fill and its interaction with the base colour is where all the difference happens. Red Camo: the most aggressive of the three. Hot red and dark crimson camo blocks fill the lettering and head; on white, the red reads forward and hot against the clean ground; on black, the same red camo softens only slightly, remaining the dominant warmth in the composition — the most visible of the six at distance. Blue Camo: the most restrained. Navy and indigo camo in the standard 1st Camo block structure; on white, the blue reads as cool and graphic, closest in tone to the original military logic of camo; on black, the blue camo recedes into the dark base, merging tones until only the lighter patches hold contrast — the most subtle of the six. Purple Camo: the rarest colour in BAPE's camo range. Deep violet and hot pink camo blocks; on white, the purple-pink combination reads as the most fashion-forward of the three, furthest from military reference; on black, the violet deepens while the hot pink patches advance, creating the most complex internal contrast of any of the six options. All six share the same construction: 270gsm linen-cotton blend fabric, oversized fit with dropped shoulder, round camo woven patch on left sleeve, clean reverse with no back print.

Six Colourways

• White — Red Camo: white base, red and crimson camo fill; the most high-contrast, most immediately legible option
• Black — Red Camo: black base, red and crimson camo fill; warm and bold against the dark ground; strongest visual presence of the two red options
• White — Blue Camo: white base, navy and indigo camo fill; clean and restrained; the most graphic-design-forward of the three camo styles on white
• Black — Blue Camo: black base, navy and indigo camo fill; the most tonal and recessive option of all six; the camo merges with the base, lighter patches only barely holding the composition
• White — Purple Camo: white base, violet and hot pink camo fill; the most fashion-forward colourway; furthest from military reference; purple camo is the least common in BAPE's production range
• Black — Purple Camo: black base, violet and hot pink camo fill; the hot pink patches advance hard against the black; the most internally complex contrast of the six
