BAPE FW25 City Camo Glow-in-the-Dark Shark Full-Zip Hoodie - White / Black

Split Down the Middle. Two Faces. Lights On and Off.

The centre-front zip is the dividing line. Left of it: solid, either white or black depending on the colourway. Right of it: City Camo -- the monochrome Ape Head pattern in white, grey, charcoal, and black tones -- running continuously from the right shoulder across the right sleeve and down the right body panel. The two halves of the garment share a material (heavyweight French terry fleece) but operate as separate visual zones, meeting only at the zip.

The shark face on the hood is split the same way. The right half is standard shark: City Camo ground, black jaw outline, white serrated teeth, red interior, red-pupil eye. The left half is not. It is a different face entirely -- an orange and black cartoon character with rounder yellow eyes, a red pupil, black stripe marks, and the same white teeth and red mouth, rendered in the flat saturated colour of a cartoon rather than in the pattern-and-outline logic of the right side. When the zip is closed, the two half-faces combine into a single hybrid figure -- part shark, part cartoon character, part something that has no clean category. When the zip is open, each half face reads independently.

In daylight, the City Camo half reads as a monochrome city-tone pattern. In darkness, it does not. The camo blobs across the right side of the hoodie -- the same shapes that read as grey in daylight -- activate as phosphorescent green, glowing steadily in the dark. The glow covers the full camo surface of the right panel and right sleeve. The left solid panel does not glow. On the White colourway, the effect is the most visible: white ground stays white, grey tones go green, and the shark face on the hood is partially illuminated from the camo field around it. On the Black colourway, the green emerges from a darker base, with the black camo blobs remaining dark and the grey and white blobs going green.
